Installation: Create a 60mm (2 3/8") diameter hole with a hole saw or jig saw. Affix to your surface with the supplied screws. Apply sealant as desired. If the wall is thicker than 38mm (1 1/2") then cut the 60mm dia hole to a depth of 40mm from the outside and then cut a larger dimeter hole (in excess of 80mm) to meet the 60mm hole from the inside. This is to allow the connections to be fitted appropriately.Water connections: Water inlet connections are male 1/2" NPT. So, no special connectors or couplers are required. Note that the hot and cold water connections are marked with the respective colors on the connections at the back of the port. The cold water connection, if looking from the front plastic side of the port, is on the right side.
Shower Head: the shower head on the Sobo Shower can be swapped out with most standard RV shower heads. Ensure the revised shower head has an "on/off" toggle.
Winterization: Ensure you either pass RV winterization anti-freeze through the shower port, or you take care to drain down the shower port to prevent water from freezing and causing damage. If your shower port will be exposed to below freezing temperatures, we recommend you include inline isolations valves on the water lines behind the shower port.
Return Policy: Sobo Outdoors offer's a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all parts and paperwork included and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Re-stocking Fee: There's a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Items must be returned in like new condition. Items that have been opened and/or are not in the original packaging can no longer be sold by Sobo Outdoors, as new. If an item is deemed not to be like new, the restocking fee will be increased based on the determined resale value of the item, following the item's return and inspection by Sobo Outdoors.

Buyer pays return shipping fees for unused or unwanted items. Shipping is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelled Orders: Cancelled orders incur a 10% cancellation fee. Once your order is placed, our team gets to work on processing, packaging, and fulfilling your order, and as a result, we incur costs.
Parts received damaged and/or product issues: When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods! Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures, but do not accept damaged goods.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping is non-refundable
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customer agrees to pay actual shipping charges at the time of shipment. Due to many variables, the website may not calculate the correct shipping charges at the time of order. If actual shipping charges differ from those quoted, the customer will be notified.
Large items and products made-to-order will include incoming freight charges to Sobo Outdoors, even if you are picking up in person. Customer agrees to pay incoming shipping fees prior to pickup.
When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods! Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided.
Large items will be shipped via LTL shipping at current rates, which are currently changing on a weekly basis. Please provide a commercial shipping address for LTL shipments when possible to reduce the cost of shipping.
Shipments to the United States will be subject to tariff's, duty and customs brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Since we do not know the total amounts of these charges, they are typically charged by the given shipping company when the goods are delivered to your address. E.g. COD charges.
